📋 Description

• Prospecting new investors and potential franchisees to expand the Maple Bear network • Presenting the franchise model and leading commercial negotiations • Conducting in-person visits and meetings with potential franchisees across different regions of Brazil's interior • Managing relationships with leads throughout the expansion funnel • Recording and tracking opportunities in CRM tools • Supporting feasibility studies and analyzing strategic regions for expansion • Representing the Maple Bear brand at meetings, events and business gatherings

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience selling high-investment franchise opportunities • Strong commercial profile and negotiation skills • Full availability for frequent travel (approximately 3 days per week) • Valid driver's license and availability to drive on trips throughout the interior of the country • Familiarity with CRM tools • Experience in franchise network expansion (advantageous) • Familiarity with geomarketing tools such as GeoFusion (advantageous) • Experience in the education sector or in business expansion (advantageous)
