📋 Description

• Develop and implement specific, measurable broker strategies • Create engagement plans that build executive relationships with Markel leaders and brokers • Identify and evaluate business development opportunities • Collaborate with regional teams to execute broker strategies • Act as broker advocate managing account issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 10 years of business development and/or underwriting experience in commercial property, casualty & specialty insurance • Proven executive relationships with the industry’s top 25 P&C and Specialty retail brokers • Expert relationship development skills • Proven leadership and negotiation skills • Excellent communication skills
