📋 Description

• Ensure in-store implementation of activity plans negotiated across all categories. • Contribute to increasing store sales and brand market share across an average of 21 stores. • Ensure our brands' visibility at points of sale using all available levers and resources. • Be responsible for stock replenishment in line with agreed objectives. • Manage product placements and monitor campaigns for priority categories. • Ensure accurate internal reporting on results and customer information.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bac+2 (or equivalent) with proven experience (+5 years) as a promoter, shelf-stocker/retail associate, or in merchandising. • Proficiency with IT tools (Microsoft Office, Internet, Email, Teams, etc.). • Experience or knowledge of the mass retail/large-scale distribution sector strongly preferred. • Able to work independently. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work flexible or constrained hours. • Physically able to perform manual handling tasks.
