Description
• Looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to manage and grow our CRM Practice • Responsible for the day to day running of the all client-facing CRM Campaign briefing, creative and delivery • Plan & Deploy campaigns across email, push messaging, in-app and SMS channels • Optimise the campaign setup, delivery and reporting process • Help the team turn experiments into complex lifecycle flows using triggers and segmentations that intelligently send campaigns with both static and dynamic content • Creative role that, over time, will develop into a CRM Campaign team manager position
Requirements
• 4+ years experience in a client facing role • Experience in one or more of these areas such as blogging, content creation or website management, CRM, Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing Role, HTML / CSS, design experience using photoshop, canva, etc. • Familiarity with one or many of the following technologies: Braze, Segment, mParticle, Tealium, Batch, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Leanplum, Airship, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Tableau, etc.
