• Hello 👋 — Help Shape the Future of Ethical Analytics • If you are interested in this role please apply with an english resume • Matomo is entering a bold new chapter — becoming enterprise-ready, deepening our leadership across key markets, and evolving how we connect with customers globally. • We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Head of Marketing to lead this transformation. • Join Matomo’s global Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and our Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership team, helping shape the future of privacy-first analytics. • If you are passionate about building global brands, growing pipelines, leading the shift from product-led to sales-led growth, deepening relationships with existing customers, championing customer obsession, and localising marketing for maximum impact across France, Germany, and the US, this is your opportunity. • At InnoCraft, we’re building a more ethical, privacy-first digital world. • As the leading open-source web analytics platform, Matomo powers over 1 million websites and apps in 190+ countries, offering organisations the insights they need while maintaining full data ownership and user trust. • We believe in openness, privacy, and transparency. • At InnoCraft, we’re building a more ethical, privacy-first digital world. • The Head of Marketing is a senior strategic leader responsible for driving our global marketing vision while being deeply embedded in our core regions — with a specific focus on France, Germany, the US, and Europe more broadly. • You will act as a full member of Matomo’s global Senior Leadership Team (SLT), sitting alongside our Country Sales Leaders as part of Matomo’s most senior Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership team. • Together, you will lead a critical transition — evolving Matomo’s growth strategy from primarily product-led growth (PLG) to a sales-led growth (SLG) model focused on enterprise customers and key Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). • Your mission is to position Matomo as the leading ethical analytics choice for enterprise buyers — shaping brand, product marketing, demand generation, regional campaigns, customer marketing, and community engagement while fostering tight collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of marketing experience, with 10+ years in senior leadership roles. • Proven experience leading marketing through a transition from product-led growth (PLG) to sales-led growth (SLG). • Deep expertise in SaaS marketing, enterprise demand generation, and product positioning. • Hands-on expertise in lead generation, pipeline acceleration, ABM, and lifecycle marketing. • Strong track record supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic GTM partnerships. • Experience with data-driven SaaS products, marketing tech, or analytics platforms. • Demonstrated success in localising brand and product messaging across regional markets. • Proven ability to embed customer obsession into marketing operations and strategy. • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred). • Fluent in English and proficient in either French or German (spoken and written). • Experience running global GTM enablement strategies across multiple regions. • Knowledge of EU data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, ePrivacy) and their impact on marketing. • Hands-on, results-driven leader able to execute while scaling impact. • Strong networker and trusted relationship builder. • Strategic yet highly execution-focused mindset. • Highly self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. • Data-driven decision-maker who embraces continuous improvement.
