• Max Insurance is seeking an enthusiastic Product Support Specialist that will be based on west coast Canada hours (9am – 5pm PST) who is customer service-driven and dedicated to engaging with broker partners to deliver exceptional service experiences. • Best in Class Customer Service for Broker Queries - Engage with broker partners via online ticketing system and incoming phone calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide thorough responses regarding risk acceptability while displaying best in class customer service • Detail Oriented Audits, Trends & Solutions - Conduct audits on bound policies to determine adherence to underwriting rules and guidelines. Collaborate closely with other team members to identify and communicate training opportunities and recurring trends that require attention • Support Development of the Product Lifecycle Develop a thorough understanding of company underwriting rules, guidelines, and product offerings and help to provide constructive input over time that helps to improve the Company’s service model, processes, products & solutions


• 5 years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry, with a preferred focus on Personal Lines • Exceptional customer service skills – can understand and help to resolve broker queries in a way that not only answers the question, but actively helps to build the relationship and improve the reputation of the Company • Strong Insurance Product Knowledge & Ability to Learn New Concepts – having a strong fundamental grasp of how personal lines insurance products are structured, sold and serviced is integral to finding success in this role. Even more important is your ability to learn new concepts and new ways of doing things. Max is very different to other insurers, your ability to adapt is key to your success • Ability to work independently – this role is based in 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time. Some working hours may not overlap with other members of your team. Your ability to be self motivated, operate independently and drive the success of the function is imperative • Mindset for Continuous Improvement – Max has a performance-based culture. Your ability to absorb and action feedback that will help drive your success will be key to your long-run success in the role
