• Advises Practice physicians and Senior Leaders on practice management financial programs • Develops management reports and monitors financial budgets • Assists in onboarding of new practices and finance professionals • Present financials at physician meetings and board meetings • Ensures compliance with accounting and revenue cycle policies • Develops systems and monitors compliance with agreements
🎯 Requirements
• 9+ years of professional experience • 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field • Strong accounting background • 7 years-experience in Financial Analysis, Valuations, Controllership, or similar roles • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management • MS Office-Excel, Word, PowerPoint
