📋 Description

• Run fast, accurate qualification calls (5–8 minutes) for inbound leads. • Validate ICP fit, urgency, and buying intent before sending to AE. • Build outbound pipeline through daily high-volume, high-quality outreach. • Partner with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs and predictable pipeline flow. • Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly Activity & SAO targets (100+ dials a day).

🎯 Requirements

• 0–3+ years in SDR roles; we will hire junior or mid-level based on skill and drive. • Strong phone presence; confident, direct communicator. • Ability to follow a process exactly while hitting high-volume metrics. • Coachability, consistency, and mental toughness. • Passion for restaurant technology or interest in the industry is a plus.
