Description

• Lead the strategic direction of the internal software deployment platform • Ensure high reliability, observability, security, and performance of the platform and customer applications • Collaborate with business leaders to define product strategy and roadmap • Prioritize platform efforts based on customer feedback, application team needs, and industry best practices • Manage cross-team on-call scheduling and incident management • Leverage technical expertise to drive platform enhancements • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Manage the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution • Organize and facilitate regular agile team ceremonies

Requirements

• Product management experience in software or platform products • Deep understanding of agile product management principles • Deep technical background with software development and cloud infrastructure experience preferred • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Empathy for working closely with development teams, customers, and others at Mechanical Orchard
