Description

• Develop and implement a strategy for the Retail vertical, aligning with company goals • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Retail sector • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies • Maintain and grow relationships with existing Retail clients • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements • Lead, mentor, and support an ancillary sales team of professionals • Collaborate with product and engineering teams • Represent the company at industry events and as a thought leader

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Retail industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role • Strong understanding of the Retail industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities • A deep understanding of media channel strategy/trends, especially Video and Social • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making • Innovative thinker with a track record of driving growth and transformation • Experience working for matrix organizations • Proven success in a highly dynamic, evolving environment • Excellent communication and presentation skills
