Dandy is transforming the massive but antiquated dental industry. Seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead email, SMS, and direct mail marketing efforts. Responsible for channel strategy and management. Ideal candidate has strong performance marketing background with email marketing expertise in Marketo. Focus on executing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive measurable business impact. Develop Email and SMS campaign, nurture, and automation strategy for customer acquisition. Analyze performance data to optimize ROI and engagement. Work closely with cross-functional teams on content strategy and campaign execution.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing, with a focus on Email, SMS, and Direct Mail. Expertise in Marketo and experience managing email marketing at scale. Proven track record in performance-driven marketing with a focus on data, analytics, and optimization. Experience working in a B2B software or tech company preferred. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure success and iterate on performance. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
