📋 Description

• Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure smooth, impactful launches. • Craft clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that translate technical capabilities — including AI and LLM features — into customer-focused value. • Develop and deliver enablement materials (pitch decks, playbooks, and training) to help Sales and Success teams confidently communicate Emma’s value and drive adoption. • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to shape product positioning and influence roadmap decisions. • Gather and share feedback from frontline teams and customers to refine messaging, improve go-to-market strategies, and surface success stories. • Champion cross-functional alignment, ensuring all teams are equipped, informed, and inspired to bring Emma’s innovations to market effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing or B2B SaaS, ideally within martech or ESP environments. • Proven success developing go-to-market strategies, product launches, and enablement programs that drive adoption and growth. • Strong understanding of AI and LLM technologies and how they enhance marketing automation and customer engagement. • Skilled in crafting messaging and positioning that connect technical innovation to real customer value. • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Analytical and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
