📋 Description

• Assist with purchase recovery and monitor performance of e-commerce and financial services partners; • Monitor overall e-commerce performance using key metrics (KPIs); • Study trends, competitors and the market to identify the best business opportunities aligned with company strategy; • Provide partners with guidance on how Méliuz works; • Produce reports and insights on area processes; • Propose and implement improvements to those processes; • Track the team's key metrics; • Interact with a wide range of e-commerce and financial services partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in data, engineering, or business administration; • Intermediate or advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets; • Knowledge of SQL and databases; • Knowledge of applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) in processes (Vibe Coding, n8n, Claude, etc.); • Training or coursework in process management.
