📋 Description

• Data Products: Design and implement scalable data models (Silver/Gold layers), treating datasets as internal products with a strong focus on usability • Engineering: Develop robust pipelines using software engineering best practices (versioning, modularization, and CI/CD). • Governance: Establish and monitor quality standards, data lineage, and cataloging, acting as the guardian of the "single source of truth". • Democratization: Advance the Self-Service Analytics ecosystem by creating semantic layers that reduce business teams' technical dependency. • Discovery: Operate at the intersection of Data Engineering and Business, translating complex questions into solid, viable data architectures. • Evangelization: Promote a data-driven culture and data literacy, empowering colleagues to use information efficiently and apply analysis best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. • Proven experience in data modeling and engineering for analytical consumption. • Experience with Self-Service BI projects, data integration, and Data Mesh. • Experience collaborating with data teams and business stakeholders. • Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation tools (dbt, PySpark, Delta Lake). • Visualization tools: Power BI and Metabase. • Experience with Databricks or similar platforms. • Strong delivery orientation and attention to detail. • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Collaborative mindset and active listening to understand and translate business requirements. • Autonomy and proactivity to propose improvements and solutions. • Product mindset and a focus on business impact.
