📋 Description

• Build foundational models and systems for credit decisions • Design and develop ML and statistical models across the credit lifecycle • Collaborate with multiple teams to define credit policies • Identify high-signal features from credit data • Design modeling infrastructure alongside engineering team • Serve as thought partner in credit strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data science, ML, or analytical roles • 2+ years in credit, credit risk, or lending • Experience from fintechs, traditional banks, or card issuers • Understanding of credit risk modeling techniques • Built and shipped production-grade ML models in regulated environments • Fluent in SQL and Python • Comfortable working with noisy, sparse, or proxy data • Can operate independently and prioritize work for long-term impact
