📋 Description

• As the Senior Product Manager for Account Fraud and Risk Enablement, you’ll build products that enable Mercury to master these tools to protect our customers and company from fraud. • You'll work cross-functionally to build 0-1 products for both end users and internal risk teams. • We are looking for someone that can lead us in redefining how risk friction is used, measured, and optimized to unlock a magical banking experience. • Your main tasks include designing the strategic vision for risk enablement, developing customer self-service resolution paths, and establishing metrics to measure effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience in financial risk systems or anti-fraud infrastructure. • Deep understanding of how friction points affect customer experience and customer retention metrics. • Experience working with automated decisioning systems using multiple data inputs and complex rule engines. • Proficiency in understanding risk data and identifying patterns that can be operationalized into product improvements. • Strong track record of cross-functional leadership, particularly in navigating tradeoffs between risk, compliance, and customer experience priorities. • Exceptional communication skills that allow you to translate complex risk concepts into actionable product strategies. • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make balanced decisions with imperfect information.

🏖️ Benefits

• The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits. • Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry. • New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers. • Mercury values diversity & belonging and is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. • We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations throughout the recruitment process for applicants with disabilities or special needs.
