• 5-10 years of experience in test engineering • Ability to contribute at a high level within a team environment, with experience leading small to mid-sized teams • Ability to create accurate estimates, manage and prioritize work, and communicate very effectively • Experience with identifying and communicating project risk • Strive for quality while actively tracking and eliminating technical debt within projects • Ensure that best practices, processes, and procedures are being followed within their project teams and in the engineering department • Lead client relationships and are able to deliver large, complex projects
