⢠1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in agency, startup, or high-growth environments ⢠Strong sourcing experience across LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Indeed, and niche job boards, with a proactive approach to testing new tools and strategies ⢠Demonstrated success recruiting across diverse functions (marketing, sales, creative, operations, etc.) ⢠Experience recruiting for technical roles is a plus ⢠ATS proficiency, preferably BambooHR, for candidate tracking and pipeline management ⢠Strong communication skills: you can build rapport with candidates & navigate tough conversations with grace ⢠Highly organized and detail-oriented: nothing falls through the cracks on your watch ⢠Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously without compromising quality ⢠Self-starter mentality: you take ownership of your searches and don't need hand-holding to deliver results ⢠Experience recruiting for remote-first companies or distributed teams (nice-to-have) ⢠Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Calendly ⢠Background in placing talent for agencies, ecommerce brands, or B2B services companies (nice-to-have)
