Description

• Minted is seeking a Cost Accountant to join our dynamic and growing organization. • You will be an integral part of the Accounting organization, helping to develop a world class financial function for a high-growth, exciting and mission-led Company. • You will develop and maintain key financial costing models and analysis to provide insights and help the management team with decision making. • This position provides exposure to all facets of Minted’s business and requires an ability to quickly and deeply understand complex business models, large data sets, financial accounting and detailed financial and operating statements. • You will collaborate with various teams including Finance, Supply Chain and Operations. • You will partner closely with various teams including Finance, Supply Chain and Operations. • You will implement best practices in financial management and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance • 2-3 years of professional experience in high impact cost accounting roles • Familiarity with inventory and COGS • Advanced modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets • Experience in MacOS with SQL or other database query language and BI tools. • Basic experience or interest in learning command line skills such as directory navigation and VIM • NetSuite experience
