📋 Description

• We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of integrated campaign orchestration and digital marketing execution to drive high-quality pipeline growth. • This role is instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation programs that engage target personas, convert leads, and accelerate sales. • You will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Digital, Field, and Sales teams to create scalable programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue for Mirantis solutions, including Kubernetes, AI, and cloud infrastructure offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, or digital marketing in B2B SaaS, Cloud, or DevOps/Kubernetes industry. • Proven expertise in orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. • Experience managing paid media budgets and performance marketing campaigns. • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and funnel optimization. • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Familiarity with Kubernetes, AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and DevOps technologies is a big plus.
