Description
• Frontline contact for customers, providing assistance with print orders • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to print orders • Collaborate with production team to ensure customer specifications are met • Educate customers on print products, services, and best practices • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Seek opportunities to improve customer service processes • 12-month position via EOR
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the printing industry • Minimum 2 years experience working in Prepress • Familiarity with print production processes and terminology • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Proficiency with customer service software and tools
