• Strategic development and maintenance of visitor relationships with top decision-makers, key accounts, multipliers/influencers and high-growth target groups. • Identification and outreach to new visitor potentials (e.g., jewelers, online retailers, international top buyers). • Acquisition of new customers and market development in Germany, Austria, France, the UK and the Benelux region, as well as the development of tailored visitor concepts. • Further development of the Top Buyer program, qualification of suitable participants and deriving concrete follow-up measures from visitor conversations. • Management of existing customer relationships in Germany/Austria and targeted development of top visitor key accounts in France, the UK and Benelux. • Participation in industry events and international travel to generate leads. • Market monitoring and relationship management, professional presentations of the trade fair concept and preparation of tailored offers (on-site, virtual, customer events). • Management of selected visitor delegations from strategically important markets and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• University degree or commercial training (ideally business administration or sales) and at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in trade fairs/events/luxury goods with demonstrable key account management experience. • Deep industry knowledge of jewelry, watches and gemstones, and ideally an existing network with jewellers, retailers and multipliers/influencers. • Confident presence and excellent communication skills in dealing with international top clients, buyers and strategic partners. • Business-fluent English; additional languages are an advantage. • High level of initiative, creativity, innovative thinking, a hands-on mentality and the ability to proactively open up new visitor groups and market potentials. • Very good MS Office and CRM skills. • Willingness to travel internationally approx. 30–40%. • Resilience in a dynamic and international environment. • Strong service and customer orientation, enjoyment of personal contact and international networking. • Intercultural sensitivity and experience dealing with C-level executives/buyers, a polished appearance in the luxury/lifestyle sector and experience with demanding B2B customers in the premium segment are advantageous.
