• Customer Service Representatives for a leading music streaming service. • Fully remote position. • Be the first point of contact for customers. • Help customers navigate the platform and troubleshoot technical issues. • Ensure customers have the best possible listening experience. • Respond to customer inquiries in both Portuguese and English. • Complete language assessments in Portuguese and English.
• Professional/business level proficient in Portuguese and English. • Strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer. • Enjoy providing exceptional Customer Support and can identify issues quickly. • Provided Customer Support via inbound messages in the past. • Experience providing web messaging support to 3-5 customers simultaneously. • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above. • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your mobile device. • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures. • Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater. • 8 GB RAM or better. • Dual monitors highly recommended.
