📋 Description

• Manage client projects, ensuring deliveries within schedule, budget and expected quality standards; • Work from the sales phase, supporting the commercial team on technical topics, through the transition of the project to regular operation (BAU); • Understand the company’s product portfolio and the clients’ business to propose the best solutions; • Align the entire project design and product build with the client, ensuring understanding and approval; • Develop project schedules considering all dependencies and track activity execution; • Communicate deadlines clearly to the client, provide regular updates and negotiate changes when necessary; • Use internal and external specialists to build the complete project design (physical and digital); • Monitor team allocation and review needs with area managers to ensure efficient deliveries; • Lead internal and external activities to ensure deadlines and targets are met, coordinating the resources involved; • Obtain all necessary approvals (client and internal/external stakeholders) at project milestones, including testing; • Ensure final validation from all parties involved before the project Go Live; • Report to management and the steering committee as required by each project; • Suggest process and infrastructure improvements to ensure excellence in deliveries and add business value; • Support the implementation of methodologies such as Agile, according to the needs of the team and area; • Comply with the company’s Health, Safety, Quality, Information Security and Environmental policies; • Cultivate effective relationships among internal areas, promoting clear and collaborative communication; • Work on payment card projects, including configuration of EMV electrical profiles using global tools such as ACE; • Ensure that requirements and deliverables are properly documented and reported to stakeholders; • Trigger escalations immediately whenever necessary;

🎯 Requirements

• Formal certification or relevant experience in project management methodologies (e.g., IPMA, Prince2, Agile); • Proven ability to represent the company and manage client expectations with confidence; • Solid understanding of project methodology principles, planning and governance; • Knowledge of the steps required to transition a client to an operational environment (BAU); • Experience managing deliveries in multifunctional environments (operations, technology, customer service, etc.); • Ability to manage multiple activities/projects simultaneously; • Capacity to prioritize, analyze problems and anticipate risks with proactive actions; • Ability to estimate timelines and meet schedules; • Intermediate knowledge of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, VISIO, MS Project and Word; • Good understanding of the payments ecosystem, including EMV standards; • Ability to present project status clearly to clients and internal stakeholders; • Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields; • Language: Advanced/Fluent English required.
