• Work on innovative digital transformation projects on the ServiceNow platform • Drive process automation initiatives • Collaborate with the team in an Agile/SCRUM environment • Translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Information Technology or a related field • Hands-on experience developing on ServiceNow across multiple modules (ITOM, ITSM, Now Assist/AI, etc.) • Strong knowledge of ITOM modules/capabilities: Discovery (including MID Server configuration, custom patterns, and infrastructure discovery) • Service Mapping (mapping services, dependencies, applications, and infrastructure data) • Event Management / Orchestration / automation and remediation via ITOM where applicable • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and components: operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking and network protocols • Integrations via APIs (REST/SOAP), IntegrationHub, custom endpoints, and integration with external tools/cloud/corporate systems • Experience using Now Assist / generative AI / intelligent automation in the ServiceNow context: working with Now Assist applications/features for intelligent automation, AI-assisted flows, agents, or ticket/process automation • Experience developing applications, custom workflows, business rules, client/server scripts, using JavaScript/Glide API/HTML/ServiceNow platform for customizations, UI Builder, Service Portal, and Workspaces • Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring governance, data integrity, and quality • Experience with ITSM and service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.) to ensure integration between ITOM, ServiceNow and Now Assist • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams
