Description

• Design and tune monetization systems (cosmetic, functional) • Work with engineers to design the full funnel of in-game analytics & other sources of player inputs • Work with Design to balance the meta-game / economy • Help define the liveops content cadence • Work with Marketing to be a data partner • Generally support the team on strategic topics

Requirements

• Strong experience as a professional product manager, particularly for R&D titles pre-launch and then during launch and liveops with 5-8+ years professional experience in product management • Broad exposure to monetization models (especially in mobile) with first principles mentality • Excellent judgment and problem solving skills

Benefits

• Expected salary range: $100-165k based on experience, with company equity package • Ideally open to in-person work culture in Austin (including relocation budget if needed) but remote is possible • Competitive health, dental, vision, and life insurance • 15 days PTO + holidays off
