• Responsible for the strategic planning, design, and implementation of field marketing activities • Planning, controlling, and optimizing account-based marketing initiatives • Building, developing, and optimizing automated lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot • Tracking, analyzing, and transparently reporting the results of all marketing activities • End-to-end management of marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in B2B field marketing or demand marketing at a SaaS or tech company • Proven experience planning and executing field marketing activities such as events, webinars, campaigns, or account-based initiatives • Strong understanding of Marketing Operations: experience with marketing automation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and CRM processes • Strong data-driven working style • Experience working closely with Sales • Excellent project management skills
