• Support customers through the press release distribution process from submission to delivery • Troubleshoot formatting, scheduling, publishing, and distribution issues • Assist customers with newsroom management and publishing functionality • Monitor release status and provide updates or confirmations as needed • Escalate technical issues to Product and Engineering teams when appropriate • Communicate clearly and professionally during urgent or time-sensitive situations • Maintain and improve internal documentation, workflows, and operational processes • Partner closely with Customer Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment • Quick learner who enjoys mastering new tools, platforms, and workflows • Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented under pressure • Experience in customer support, operations, or customer-facing roles is preferred • Familiarity with PR, media relations, press release distribution, or newsroom workflows is a plus • AP Style familiarity is a plus • Experience supporting SaaS products, CRM systems, or ticketing platforms is preferred • Proactively incorporate AI tools into day-to-day work to improve productivity and accelerate delivery
