Description

• Help achieve Natera's oncology strategic imperatives through excellence in technology. • Work on products critical to lab operations, R&D, and customer support. • Drive prioritization and critical decision-making on solutions. • Own the backlog of work for engineering teams and technical requirements. • Develop product strategy and roadmap for your development teams. • Transform business, market and clinical requirements into executable product requirements. • Define success metrics and incorporate a focus on quality into product design.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software product management, ideally in healthtech or biotech. • Experience in conceptualizing, defining and creating best in class software experiences. • Experience with Agile software development, building solutions from start to finish. • Experience working directly with engineering development and QA teams. • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship-building, and analytical skills. • Experience with implementing scalable and sophisticated business rule applications. • Experience building enterprise software or business critical systems. • Well developed systems thinking. • BA/BS degree in relevant technical, scientific, or quantitative discipline or relevant experience.
