Description

• Provides expert level SAP integration consulting and leadership on project activities • Responsible for overseeing functional area and assigned project scope • Aggressively pursues up-to-date SAP skills • Acts as a thought leader in area of expertise • Manages project activities and develops deliverables • Participates in sales cycle activities including scoping, building, and delivering software demonstrations • In-depth SAP solutions and process knowledge including industry best practices • Supports Navisite Application Managed Services (AMS) by resolving tickets • Enforces Navisite professional standards • Customer and account management includes high proficiency in project workshops, presenting customized solution demos, and proactively driving issue and gap resolution

Requirements

• Must have an in-depth understanding of SAP Best Practices within area of focus • Must be seen by clients as an expert in the business area (processes, standards, integration departments / processes) you support • Must be a role model for Navisite culture and core values • Must be well-versed in facilitating Explore phase workshops • Must be able to define elements of a project timeline, identify risks, and manage priorities and bottlenecks • Must be able to translate requirements into solutions • Must collaborate with colleagues to grow product knowledge
