• Focusing on identifying and engaging prospective customers • Handling inbound sales lead calls and making outbound follow-up calls • Qualifying opportunities and setting up qualified prospects • Understanding and communicating Navisite's value proposition • Generating qualified prospect meetings via various channels • Harvesting inbound sales inquiries • Qualifying prospects before booking meetings • Educating prospects on Navisite solutions • Building trust and rapport with prospects • Scheduling, attending, and documenting sales and technical meetings • Keeping accurate information in Salesforce • Updating lead and opportunity stages as per Navisite Sales Process • Reporting lead gen efforts and results to Marketing management • Maximizing lead gen with Marketing and Sales team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred • Minimum of 1 year's successful experience in an outbound sale or BDR/SDR role is a plus
