📋 Description

• Lead net-new sales growth across the CEE • Build and manage a pipeline that exceeds targets • Challenge prospective customers to think differently • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Partner with internal teams for market presence • Grow nCino's footprint within existing accounts • Serve as the face of nCino in CEE

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience • Proven ability to sell to and influence C-suite executives • Consultative, insight-led sales approach • Collaborative mindset • Willingness to travel across the CEE region • Fluency in English; Czech, Polish, or another CEE language is a strong plus
