• Identify and approach potential customers (B2B) in the public sector • Build and maintain long-term relationships — from initial contact to contract signing • Consult as an equal partner: understand our product and the challenges our customers face • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions • Participate in trade shows, events, and networking formats
• Several years of professional experience in B2B sales or a consulting environment, ideally in the digital industry or SaaS • Ideally experience in a regulated industry • Fluent in German and good command of English • Preferably experienced with CRM tools and proficient in MS Office applications • Able to identify opportunities and understand our products to meet individual customer needs
