• You proactively acquire new partners: from identifying potential leads and making initial contact (including cold outreach/cold calling), to pitching & demos and closing contracts, you own the entire sales funnel. • You advise healthcare providers as a trusted partner: you understand their challenges and collaborate with them to develop the right solution from our product portfolio. • You lead confident negotiations: whether practice owners, physicians or administrative leaders — you persuade different decision-makers with empathy, clarity and negotiation skill. • KPI-driven approach: you work data-driven, manage your funnel efficiently and always keep your targets and metrics in sight.
• Initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or FinTech — or you convince us with your drive and hunger to learn. • Comfortable with cold outreach/cold calling: you proactively reach out to people and see every conversation as an opportunity to create real value. • Strong communication skills: you can convey complex topics clearly, empathetically and reliably — both written and verbal. • Motivated, disciplined and resilient: you persist even when things get challenging. • Curious and structured: you ask targeted questions to truly understand your interlocutors’ needs and work in a systematic way. • Excellent German (C2) and solid English skills to collaborate successfully with our customers and colleagues.
