• This is a remote position. • A HR & Gig Economy Intern is a professional who assists in updating internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms. • Gathering payroll data such as working hours, leaves and bank account, screening resumes and application forms and managing a labor market that relies heavily on temporary and part-time positions filled by independent contractors and freelancers rather than full-time permanent employees. • This role will also be assisting in office administration matter to ensure the operation of the business are running smoothly. • Intern will be reporting directly to Managing Director of NENO. • Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Human Resources and Gig Economy management.
• Diploma / Degree in Office Management, Human Resource, Business Management, Information Management or related field • Highly proficient with of Office 365, Google and Zoho One • Highly organized and excellent attention to detail with high motivation to learn • Excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills. • Excellent written, verbal, presentation skills • Ability to think critically and problem solve • Capacity to work as an independent individual contributor and cooperative teammate • Time management, organizational skills, and detail-oriented • Understanding the foundational concept and working knowledge of Human Resource Management
