Description
• Responsible for architecting solutions on the ServiceNow platform. • Lead, coach and mentor a team of Software Engineers. • Prepare and facilitate customer workshops to capture requirements. • Collaborate with Delivery Management on project planning. • Research innovative opportunities for product enhancements. • Provide engineers with architectural blueprints for implementations.
Requirements
• 8-12 years of experience in IT Services. • Experience in supporting large client programs. • Proven business architecture experience. • Strong knowledge of ITOM/ITSM modules. • Strong knowledge of cloud-based architecture principles. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong leadership capabilities. • Effective facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Comfortable with ambiguity and change. • Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction.
