📋 Description
• Drive supplier-side contract administration and manage claims with suppliers • Ensure alignment between customer commitments and supplier agreements • Support implementation of global sourcing strategies • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align supplier terms • Contribute to continuous improvement of contract templates and guidance notes
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience negotiating and administering supplier‑side contracts for direct materials • Strong commercial acumen with working knowledge of Incoterms (2020) • Excellent communication skills • Self‑motivated and organized • Proficiency with MS Office and contract database tools • Familiarity with the UAE contracting environment
