📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates. • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including active recruitment through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create clear job descriptions. • Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness of sourcing strategies. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates. • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition. • Support HR initiatives, including workforce planning, talent development, and diversity & inclusion efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist. • Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies. • Strong understanding of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and interview techniques. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and JobStreet for sourcing candidates. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. • Familiarity with Airtable is a plus.
