Description

• Monitor key funnel and loan performance metrics, reports, and dashboards • Establish key performance metrics and develop automated reporting and alerting using SQL and Python • Build predictive models to optimize lending decisions by using advanced statistical modeling and simulation techniques • Conduct analysis using advanced data analytics to evaluate trends in funnel and loan performance and provide optimization strategy recommendations to improve metrics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement funnel or underwriting strategy changes • Design A/B testing for models and underwriting strategies, evaluate impact, and provide recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's in math, statistics, computer science, engineering or related field • Experience with relational databases and SQL • Experience with data analytics and statistical modeling • Data analysis experience with python • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail • Ability to manage projects with tight deadlines, follow through to completion, and present conclusions of analysis to senior management in an organized and thoughtful manner
