📋 Description

• Responsible for contract management of standard and non-standard agreements • Preparation of RFPs/RFAs/RFQs leading to proposals for evaluation and negotiation • Purchase order and contract compliance with internal policies and procedures • Project management • Proposal preparation support in responding to RFPs/RFAs/RFQs • Lead special projects as assigned • Establish and maintain effective communication across all levels with internal and external parties • Handles all aspects of contract administration including procurement contracting and Prime Awards • Oversees or conducts negotiation for proposals and contracts • Ensures supplier selection and management processes are effectively applied • Maintains contractual records and documentation • Provides guidance on contract matters to internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Contracts Administration, Finance, Accounting, Non-profit Management, Business Law, or related field • Professional certification in a related field preferred • Five plus years experience in contract administration, purchasing or vendor management • At least three years experience preferred in contracting with Federal Government contracts or subcontracts management • Additional experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
