• Conduct outreach to providers following a warm transfer from the contracting team. • Welcome and onboard new providers, ensuring they feel supported and informed. • Reiterate contract terms and conditions, addressing any questions or concerns providers may have. • Explain Nomi processes, systems, and expectations clearly and thoroughly. • Serve as a primary point of contact for providers during the onboarding process. • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with providers. • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure providers are satisfied and fully integrated into our system. • Work closely with the contracting team to ensure a smooth transition and handoff. • Collaborate with internal departments to address any provider-related issues promptly and efficiently. • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of provider interactions and onboarding progress. • Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience for providers. • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for provider engagement and onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in provider relations, onboarding, or a related role in the healthcare industry. • Strong understanding of healthcare provider contracts and processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with providers and internal teams. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant healthcare software.
