Description

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. • Offer risk management advice to clients, helping them to minimize potential losses. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Coordinate with underwriters and adjusters to ensure policies meet the client’s needs and compliance standards. • Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and ethical standards within the organization.

Requirements

• Must hold a current property and casualty insurance license. • Licensed in all U.S. states is required. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance compliance and licensing. • Strong knowledge of federal and state insurance regulations. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. • Must reside in a U.S. time zone that allows for effective daily communication with colleagues in the EEST time zone.

Benefits

• Gross salary base 50000 - 80000 USD/per year. • Performance-based bonus on top, contingent upon the achievement of established targets.
