• Enable improved decision making at Novartis by leveraging data and analytics • Oversee and optimize Novartis field forces and deployment strategies • Review and innovate overall field deployment methods • Partner with external experts for benchmarking • Allocate resources based on the potential and needs of each territory • Conduct proactive competitive field force benchmarking

🎯 Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred • 10-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with brand teams and stakeholders • Ability to balance operational execution with high-level strategic thinking • Deep understanding of market dynamics • Proficiency in insight and hypothesis generation, behavioral science, data science • Strong leadership skills
