📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation of the scientific strategy for clinical trial excellence • Deliver industry-leading clinical trial excellence with scientific insights and external engagement • Partner with Clinical Operations Therapy Area Leads and Trial Managers • Provide scientific inputs to trial portfolio review • Contribute to site selection criteria and assess medical capabilities • Engage with key opinion leaders and optimize trial methodologies • Establish a strong presence in new and current therapy areas • Effectively communicate Novo Nordisk pipeline and scientific narrative • Build organizational readiness

🎯 Requirements

• M.B.B.S with M.D. in any relevant discipline • 4+ years’ experience in clinical or medical affairs strategic roles • Strong background in clinical practice or research • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical drug development and value chain • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial methodology • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills • Ability to innovate and identify opportunities for continuous improvement • Willingness to leverage technology such as AI tools
