📋 Description

• Seeking an International Sales Executive to join Nice People Club (NPC). • Responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and sales processes. • Build relationships with potential international clients based in Bali. • Conduct outbound sales efforts and attend networking events. • Work closely with creative teams for smooth onboarding and project execution. • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling services across NPC brands. • Maintain organized CRM and track sales performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in a creative agency, design services, or digital product environment. • Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, and client acquisition with international clients. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and sell creative services to international clients. • Networking skills with the ability to connect and build relationships with potential clients in the digital nomad and expat community. • Experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. • Ability to manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing. • Must be based in Bali and familiar with the local community of digital nomads, expats, and business owners. • Comfortable working in a 100% remote environment, with strong time management and self-discipline. • Self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships. • Adaptable and open to working in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
