📋 Description

• Own and drive the end-to-end design process for new features and product improvements; • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Product Designers to translate business and user needs into intuitive solutions; • Lead user research and usability testing to validate concepts and surface insights that inform design decisions; • Evolve and maintain our design system to keep the product visually consistent and scalable; • Bring fresh thinking by staying current with UX and UI trends, tools, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Are fluent in English and Portuguese • Have 2 to 4 years of experience in user-centred design, with a strong portfolio of thoughtful, effective digital experiences • Know Figma inside out, including design systems and Auto Layout • Are comfortable running user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate and improve your work • Can communicate and defend design decisions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Bring a sharp eye for detail and a solid grasp of interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where your input genuinely shapes the product • Have some familiarity with Webflow (a nice plus!).
