β€’ Nylas operates as a virtually distributed organization, embracing remote work as part of our core identity. β€’ We encourage applicants who are permanent residents in specific states across the United States. β€’ We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to support the financial planning and analysis function. β€’ The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex problems, driving efficiency, and delivering data-driven insights. β€’ Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will partner with various departments to analyze performance. β€’ The Finance team plays a vital role in shaping the financial health and strategic direction of Nylas.

Requirements

β€’ At least 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within high-growth technology companies or fast-paced environments. β€’ Strong foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. β€’ Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain complex financial models. β€’ Exceptional ability to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner. β€’ A natural problem-solver with a knack for simplifying complex concepts and proposing solutions that drive strategic decisions. β€’ Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas and recommendations to diverse stakeholders. β€’ Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives. β€’ A growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement. β€’ High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all analyses and reporting. β€’ Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic work environment. β€’ Resilience under pressure, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a focus on strategic objectives. β€’ Willingness to take on challenges, from foundational tasks to complex strategic initiatives, with a hands-on approach. β€’ Confidence to challenge the status quo, suggest process improvements, and drive efficiencies within the finance function. β€’ A collaborative spirit with a focus on building relationships and contributing to the success of the Finance team and the broader organization.
