Description
• We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer who can seamlessly blend user research with stunning interface design. • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and understand user needs and pain points. • Create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to illustrate layout and functionality, using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. • Develop high-fidelity designs, focusing on visual aesthetics, clarity, and consistency, ensuring that they align with the brand’s identity. • Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints, from typography to color schemes. • Work closely with developers to implement designs accurately, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing. • Use feedback from user testing and analytics to refine and enhance the user interface for better usability and engagement. • Engage in the entire design process, from user research to high-fidelity UI design. • Shape the visual direction of a platform that directly impacts global education and career opportunities. • Be responsible for creating and evolving design systems that ensure consistency and quality across the platform.
Requirements
• UI Design: Strong experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile. • User Research: Basic experience in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. • Design Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present and explain design concepts. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail, ensuring designs are polished and consistent. • Interaction Design: Familiarity with interaction design principles, creating seamless user flows and interactions. • Data-Driven Design: Basic knowledge of using analytics tools to make informed design decisions and track user engagement. • HTML/CSS Awareness: Basic understanding of front-end technologies to ensure better communication with developers.
