📋 Description

• Identify potential key accounts and win them for the company • Develop and grow existing customer relationships • Independently negotiate and finalize contracts • Monitor market research and industry trends • Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams • Contribute your own initiatives and share experience to support team development • Live and communicate the company’s values on a daily basis

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in optometry, medical technology or the healthcare sector • Education or degree in optometry/optometry, health sciences, business administration or a related field • Professional experience in account management or sales management • Proven track record in customer acquisition, account management and business development • Structured, data-driven and focused approach • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2) • Valid Class B driving license • Willingness to travel (~80%) and residence in Eastern Germany (e.g., Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden or surrounding areas)
