Description

• Boost sales and contribute to our long term business goals by growing and establishing relationships with potential clients/agents/partners • Design and implement growth marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to support user growth and increase transaction volume in the Latam region • Be proactive to initiate innovative marketing ideas or enhancements • Work closely with customer experience team to coordinate and resolve abnormal/complex orders • Constant monitoring of transactions, investigating and reporting suspicious activities • Conduct market surveys to understand users’ needs and identify gaps for product improvements • Consistently and comprehensively communicate with key stakeholders • Continuous market research to identify and leverage on growth opportunities for the product

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent years of experience • Experience in business development and/or marketing in the crypto industry • Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a must • Familiar with the whole process of P2P operation • Exceptional written and communication skills in English and native Spanish are a must. • Organized, meticulous and result-oriented, strong problem-solving & analytical skills • Strong team mindset and solid work ethic
